Cancellation – 14 day return policy
All consumers have a legal right of return of 14 days for online purchases. The official term within this period is called the right of withdrawal. The cancellation period is 14 days from the day the goods are taken into possession. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.

Which articles cannot be returned? When does the right of withdrawal expire?
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts for the delivery of sound or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery.
How is the money refunded?
As soon as we receive the return, the amount will be refunded to the payment method used for the order, at the latest within 14 days. We reserve the right to refuse the refund until we have received the goods.
Who pays for return shipping?
We do not cover the cost of returns. In general, the package will be sent to the return address with postage prepaid. To be on the safe side, please keep your receipt or tracking number.
How long do I have to return the goods?
The goods must be returned to us without delay, and in any case no later than fourteen days from the date on which we were notified of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if the goods are sent before the end of the fourteen-day period. Any depreciation in the value of the goods will only be reimbursed if it is due to handling that is not necessary for checking the nature, properties and functioning of the goods.
General information
Damage and contamination of the goods must be avoided. The goods should be returned to us in the original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If the original packaging is no longer available, the goods must be protected from damage in transit with appropriate packaging.
